Shipping + Return Policy

Processing Locations
We currently ship to all EU countries. 
 

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 1-3 business days. We ship orders on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays. 

  • Express Shipping: Next business day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM.


Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping NL: €5,99

  • Standard Shipping Belgium + Germany: €8,50

  • Standard Shipping other EU countries: €13,95

 

Tracking & Notifications

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your order via the link provided in the email.

 

Delivery Issues

  • If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service at hello@folkandfiber.nl with your order number.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, strikes).

 

Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@folkandfiber.nl with photos of the damaged items and packaging.

  • In case of lost packages, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

 

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that the shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Returns​

At FOLK+FIBER, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. General Items:

    • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all labels attached.

  2. Custom Cut Fabrics:

    • Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on custom cut fabrics unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

  3. Sale and Clearance Items:

    • All sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Procedure for Returns

  1. Initiate Return:

    • Contact our Customer Service at hello@folkandfiber.nl within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

    • Provide your order number, item details, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization:

    • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your items.

  3. Shipping:

    • Pack the items securely in their original packaging, including the packing slip and RA number.

    • Ship the return package to the address provided in the return instructions. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

  4. Inspection and Refund:

    • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet the return criteria.

    • If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. If the items do not meet the return criteria, they will be returned to you at your expense.

 

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, item details, and photos of the defect or damage.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs, once the defect or damage is confirmed.

 

Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom cut fabrics (unless defective or damaged)

  • Any items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
